Reading the book The China Study changed my life forever. The book is based on a 20 year study called the China-Cornell-Oxford Project (creative name, right?) While this book may sound too scientific for some, it's actually an easy read. The China Study examines the correlation between the consumption of animal products and heart disease, cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Not only does this book show study after study of overwhelming evidence, but discusses how we can escape, reduce or even reverse many of these deadly illnesses. Whether you are vegan or not, if you are interested in learning life-saving nutritional information there is no book that I recommend more highly.
