Almond Joy Smoothie Bowl

Wow, what a week! DC is set to hit some record temperatures this week with days that will be hitting 80 degrees! Although I know this is probably a result of global warming, I can't say that I'm disappointed by the gorgeous weather that's in store. That being said, I am in full Spring mode and am doing my best to get my creative juices flowing to bring you lots more exciting recipes and blog posts this Spring!

The recipe that I'm sharing today is a simple 5 minute smoothie bowl, that makes a great afternoon snack. What I love about this recipe most is the dessert-like taste it has, with 17g of protein a pop, you'd have no idea that it's actually good for you!
