It's Sooooy Goood!

Recently I have fallen in love with Nasoya's Marinated Baked Tofu. What I love about this pre-marinated tofu is that it literally requires no work. All you have to do is chop it up and throw it into your salad. In addition, you can heat it up in the oven or in a skillet and add it to your favorite veggie or stir fry dishes!

My best creation to date with Nasoya's Marinated Baked Tofu has been this Sriracha Avocado Salad. I have been eating it everyday this week because it's just THAT good! Sriracha is a wonderful alternative to oil-packed salad dressing and gives this salad just the kick it needs to make your taste buds go ahhh! Add on the Nasoya teriyaki tofu and it's a full on party in your mouth. 

Serves One 

What You'll Need:
+ mixed greens or salad base of your choice
+ Nasoya Tofu Baked Teriyaki Flavor (find it at your local grocery store)
+ 1/4 a ripe avocado, sliced
+ one green onion, chopped 
+ a handful of grape tomatoes, washed and dried 
+ Sriracha Sauce 

+ Place all of the ingredients into a salad bowl and toss. Finish the salad off with Sriracha and some freshly ground pepper.
