Salad: Good For Your Health & Your Wallet

Salad 122-3

Anyone who knows me knows my obsession with salad. In fact, I typically eat a salad everyday, sometimes two! Salad to me is a lot like exercise. You have to find the right balance in order to really love it and once you do, it becomes something you crave. I am always shocked at the way people worship my salads and then bash their own cooking skills. Let me tell you a secret: I eat salad everyday because it is the easiest thing in the world to make and in my opinion, one of the most delicious.
