Skinny Caramel Apple Dip

Guess what?! Your fall just got that much better! Introducing Skinny Caramel Apple Dip! This stuff tastes amazing and is completely guilt-free, as well as processed sugar-free! Hooray! It's so healthy you can even eat it for breakfast! Yup, I said it! Let me know in the comments below what you think!

Ingredients:
+ 14 fresh medjool dates (you can find fresh dates in the fruit section of your grocery store!)
+ 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
+ 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
+ 1/4 teaspoon of salt (I recommend himalayan salt or fine sea salt)
+ Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
+ Place fresh dates in a bowl of warm filtered water, soak until soft (I soaked mine for about an hour.)
+ Place all ingredients into a blender and blender until smooth. Feel free to add more almond milk to the mix or water, to help the blending process. Once creamy, scoop out the dip into a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon or salt and serve!
