'Tis the season! Pumpkin spice lattes are everywhere, but don't be fooled by the charming advertisements! A grande soy PSL ( pumpkin spice latte, duh!) has 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar which is DISGUSTING!! Anyway, I'm not here to kill your PSL vibes, but only to guide you as a spirit animal by promoting other ways for you to get your pumpkin on without turning into one! So next time your pumpkin cravings are tempting you be sure to try this smoothie out!
+ 1/2 of a large frozen banana
+ 1 apple
+ 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
+ 1 cup of almond milk
+ 1 truvia packet or 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
+ Ice cubes
Directions: Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
