The Greens Guide is a 7 day challenge to eat a salad a day for 7 days straight. In this guide I provide you with a shopping list of affordable ingredients, salad recipes, ingredient swaps, meal prepping tips and more. I've done all the work for you, now all you have to do is commit!
I created this guide for women who want to increase their energy, feel more confident and kickstart their commitment to eating more greens. On January 1, 2017, I decided to make 'a salad a day' one of my New Year's resolutions. After being burnt out by years of dieting, restriction and more (see the 'my story' page for full details), I decided to set a healthy practice in place that I could feel good about. Little did I know that this simple habit would have a MAJOR effect on my energy level, weight and over all happiness. After 6 months of successfully eating a salad a day, I decided that it was about time that I opened up and shared my story!

HOW THE GUIDE WORKS
Since you'll be provided with a grocery list and recipes all you have to do is commit yourself to eating a salad a day for 7 days straight. You can choose to eat the salad for lunch, dinner or breakfast (if you really want...) it's totally up to you! Be warned that the Greens Guide is not a detox, cleanse or any other diet, it's simply a fun 7-day challenge to kickstart your commitment to eating more greens!
